RETURNS
All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please email us to kokimadeco@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.
All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Custom Orders
- Bulk Orders
- Items Discounted at 30% or greater
- Items listed in a SALE Category
- Final sale items
Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to do an exchange, you'll have to pay an additional shipping fee to receive the new apparel.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your KOKI MADE E-Gift Card in 5-14 business days.
Is there a return fee?
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fee back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.

Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a KOKI MADE E-Gift Card if we can't exchange the item.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
If you need your order within 24-48 hours, please contact us first as a rush charge will be applied.
All stickers are made from our studio as each order comes in. Our turnaround time fluctuates based on order volume, but all orders ship within 5-7 business days (not including shipping). This does not include Saturday and Sunday as production days. If you have a special event that you need your order quickly for, please reach out and check current turnaround times before placing your order.
If you upgrade your shipping at checkout by choosing Express Shipping rather than Expedited, that does not decrease production time. Production time is always 5-7 business days, regardless of chosen shipping speed. Upgrading your shipping just makes the Postal Service move a little bit faster.
We use USPS or Fedex to ship all orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our facility. Koki Made LLC, is NOT responsible for delays in delivery. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your package to you faster after we have left it in the hands of the courier company. Please use the tracking number provided to you before reaching out. The information provided with your tracking number is the same information we have. International shipping can take several weeks.
USA & INTERNATIONAL:
Small packet air USA - 2 to 5 business days with tracking. Express shipping is available at checkout - 1 to 3 business days with trackingWe do ship worldwide and shipping will calculate automatically at checkout based on your location. Koki Made LLC, is not responsible for any customs & import taxes when shipping to other countries. If no tracking is chosen for USA or International, we are not responsible if the package has not arrived.
Koki Made LLC is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with Postal Service
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
